Attendance & Leave


A Pupil will be eligible to appear in the Annual Examination if he/she has put in a minimum of 80% of the total attendance. Leave to the pupil for absence is granted only on an application addressed to the principal through class teacher submitted in time(definitely the same day, the next day in unavoidable circumstances)duly attested by the parent/guadian.
The period of leave with reason should also be recorded in the pupil's diary by the parents with signature. In case of illness,a medical certificate must be attached with the application. Long absence except in case of illness will not be granted, normally.
If a pupil is absent from the school for three consecutive days from the day of reopening, without forwarding a leave application in writing, his/her name will be stuck off the rolls.If pupil is absent from the school for ten consecutive days without leave application, his/her name will be removed from the schools rolls.
Attendance is compulsory on national holidays such as Independace Day,Republic Day & on special days such as Teachers'Day, Children's Day

Deposition of Fee

The fee is payable in advance in each month in the school office between 10th to last day of each month, failing which a fine of Rs.100/- will be imposed. If the fee is not deposited by the end of the second month, the name of the student shall be struck off the rolls.The name will be restored after realizing the dues & re-admisssion fee of Rs.300/-

School & Bus fee will be charged for 12 months.

Defaulters will not be allowed to appear in examinations.
